Description:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of monthly actuals and variances to plan. Responsibilities include assisting with channel level P&L's with business owners/leadership, maintaining financial models for revenue and margin forecasting, as well as Opex planning and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget.
  • Assist with developing, performing and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Effectively communicate month-end actuals and variances to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies.
  • Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field
  • 0-2 years of Accounting or Finance experience
  • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Working knowledge of health insurance or pharmaceutical industry preferred
