The Client Analytics and Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting existing and prospective client underwriting. Additionally, they will assist in tracking existing client benefit and pricing changes. This person will work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure client information is accurately loaded and communicated in preparation for both implementation and financial planning.


  • Analyze health benefit plan characteristics and trends underwriting to lower client costs and extract profitability
  • Adhere to established underwriting criteria and policies to provide proper risk assessment
  • Employ existing models to assist in the economic analysis of market alternatives
  • Evaluate and recommend alternative pricing options and plan design changes based on economic analysis and trends
  • Prepare financial modeling for reserve calculation, budget calculation, and other ongoing reviews that directly aligns with client strategies


  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent field
  • 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check
