Description:

The Benefit Plan QA role will be responsible for the effective testing of Benefit Plan design for LDI's Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) clients. The primary goal of Benefit Plan QA is to insure that our clients' plan requirements are set up as requested within RxClaim. Our goal is first time right when delivering the needs and requests of our clients. Responsibilities include reviewing plan design and requests, testing those requirements are met within RxClaim, questioning the design in order to create the most efficient design, and to track design changes as the result of testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client satisfaction through first time right plan implementation
  • Support and promote best practices that will enhance client satisfaction
  • Become a subject matter expert on RxClaim
  • Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality plans
  • Track and report on testing results
  • Documents and works to resolve all current issues
  • Contribute to PBM's success by engaging other functional area's to continually improve procedures and processes, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Communicate implementations and/or new programs to staff
  • Participate in task forces and committees as needed
  • Develop and execute strategies to fulfill client plan ideology

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prior QA experience or similar work/education experience
  • 2+ years prior experience creating test scenarios and scripts in an RxClaim environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Working knowledge of health insurance or pharmaceutical industry preferred
